Working from home, staying healthy

When you’re working from home and not commuting on a daily basis, it’s important to remember to keep healthy. Drink lots of water, go for a walk and take regular breaks. Set yourself a daily goal to walk, drink water, eat fruit and have a tea break at least every 2 hours. This was you will keep your mind clear and yourself ready for business.

If you have a day where you are tired or need a break, then have one! Stay in bed, read a book, watch your favourite movie – do something you love and take some time off.. it’s your body telling you that you need a break. It’s very easy to forget to breathe when working for yourself, but you wont be doing your clients any favours by being unwell.
